- Narendra Kumar reserves the right to cancel any order as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
- We usually process all orders within 24 hours (subject to availability) so email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately in case you need to cancel! Please do mention your order number in the mail.
- Please note that we are a made-to-order brand so once we start work on your order it is not possible to cancel. Once the order is processed, we are regrettably unable to cancel it.
- We are also unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched so we advise you to be sure of your address at the time of placing the order.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, the customer care team at Narendra Kumar would study the need for return or exchange, and based on their jurisdiction the exchange will be facilitated.
- To return your product, kindly mail us on email@example.com . We reserve the right to ask for pictures in case of fit issues of damaged product received.
- You must include with any product return or exchange, all original boxes, labels, product instructions, barcode sticker, tags, receipts, and wrappings.
- Any product returned to us damaged or which is not returned to us in the same condition as when you received it will not be accepted for return or exchanged.
Please note: Discounted Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable items.

- We are a Made-to-order brand which is why are unable to provide returns. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We understand that you may be unsure of the size before placing your order and that is why we are here to help you.

- Please note that there are no returns for BESPOKE products, but we will offer the first alteration free of charge. If you wish to alter any product you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Products will be accepted for exchange if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be defective.
- If you would like to exchange a defective piece instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will gladly offer to repair the fault.
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
- In case of any return/store-credit or alteration, the shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer.

You need to inform us by email within 5 business days of receiving the parcel on email@example.com If we are not informed within 5 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.
Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice, and Courier the parcel back to us. Address details will be shared in the email.

● We do not return or exchange outfits once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect or is different from what you had ordered.
